(Throw it all away) [17 Mar 2006|07:52am] Im updating to fill you in on my life. Due to a registration dilema last semester, I am on academic phrobation this semester. Shitt, eh? SO obviously, I have to acenge my academic standing. My midterms came back as follows : Trombone (Brass Techniques) 83%, Flute Techniques 85%, Counterpoint 85%, and Keyboard Harmony 93%. God damnit, doing well in school makes me happy. SO all in all, midterms went well and guitar playing is going much better. Ive been playing a lot of shows lately. As well, Ive been organizing a show a week here. Its really fun to be a part of everything that's going on around here.. St John's has something special that seems to bring the best out in me. I have 3 new songs written; 2 of them don't have songs. Im thinking that Im going to start naming songs after each country in the world. I currently have a song Called Japan... Maybe Kuwait could be one? Sweden? I dont know.. we'll have to see. It's be kinda funny I supose. Pe3ople would look at my record and think it's an appendcy for an Ethnomusicology course or something. Morgan and I have had our bumps and bends, but everything alwats seems to work out with us,. which makes me happy. Im a pretty big fuck up sometimes.. and other people like to fuck with us.... but other than that, she's the perfect girl. Why would I want to ever seek anyone else when this drop of sensationalism is sitting in the palm of my hand. We're making a record together someday too.. That will be fun. No Blind Melon covers allowed though.<3 Ever get the feeling you're just going to get more and more tired because the days arent long enough ofr you to accomplish what you want to do/get the amount of sleep you feel you need. It sucks. Show on saturday with some of the best bands in the city... which is nuts, considering Im playing 2nd last with all of these killer groups. Maybe Im finally making it up there in the world or the SCENE? who knows. I just play music. enough said. I just play music. Adam
